77sh Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the 77sh website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 77sh Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 77sh ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

To be eligible to register and use the 77sh Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 77sh or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of services on 77sh, you must create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 77sh Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 77sh immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

All financial transactions on the 77sh Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Company accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits published on the Platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status of your account.

• Funds deposited into your 77sh account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• The Company does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Any deposits made using prohibited payment methods will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.
• Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on 77sh in compliance with Philippine regulations.

77sh may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified validity period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

The Company's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Disputes regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations must be submitted to customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction.

All games available on the 77sh Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

77sh uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its electronic games and licensed live dealer studios for its live casino offerings. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.

• Bets placed after a game round has commenced may be voided at the Company's discretion.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a software error, data feed failure, or other technical fault.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during active game rounds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77sh Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 77sh staff through any communication channel;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported immediately and will be voided if not reported.

77sh is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire Platform. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The 77sh Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We employ age verification measures and actively work to prevent underage access. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the depositing payment method after verification.

All content on the 77sh Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 77sh or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Use any 77sh trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of 77sh intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77sh and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77sh account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your 77sh account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading information at any stage;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform;
• Been found to be under 21 years of age;
• Requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

In cases of termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the Company may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The 77sh Platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

77sh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the Platform or by email to the address on file.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 77sh Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
